Feedback was largely positive, highlighting the quality of speakers and the event\u2019s welcoming atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Did you gain any new insights or contacts that will be useful in your future work?<\/strong><br>Absolutely. The conference facilitated many valuable connections within the&nbsp;CEESA&nbsp;network, especially with local schools across the Balkans and service providers who can support our school\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How will the experiences from the conference influence your professional development or work at school?<\/strong><br>There are several key takeaways to bring to our next leadership team meeting. These insights will help shape our strategic direction and enhance our focus on inclusion, wellbeing, and student agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Is there a plan to participate in the next&nbsp;CEESA&nbsp;conference, and where will it be held?<\/strong><br>Yes \u2013 our school is committed to continued engagement with&nbsp;CEESA, and the annual conference remains a vital part of that relationship.
