During the Emotional Literacy lesson, students completed a creative and engaging project focused on developing awareness of their own identity and emotions. The task was to create a figure of themselves using modeling clay and add a symbol that best represents their personality.

The theme of the project encouraged students to reflect more deeply on themselves—their traits, values, interests, and what makes them unique. Through the choice of a symbol that represents them, students had the opportunity to express how they see themselves and what they consider to be their most important characteristics.

Working with modeling clay allowed students to express their feelings and thoughts in a relaxed and creative way. This activity was not just an art task, but also an important exercise in self-reflection, self-confidence, and embracing their own authenticity.

The project once again highlighted the importance of Emotional Literacy lessons in developing emotional awareness, as they help students better understand themselves and others, and recognize and appreciate their own uniqueness.
